LullabySMS is a subscription service that delivers personalized bedtime stories to your phone via text message (SMS). Stories are generated using AI based on the preferences you provide during signup.

2. Subscription & Billing

All plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account page. No refunds for partial months.

• Basic: $9.99/month
• Family: $19.99/month
• Premium: $29.99/month

3. SMS Delivery

By subscribing, you consent to receive SMS messages from LullabySMS at the phone number you provide. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out at any time by canceling your subscription.

4. Content

Stories are generated by AI and are intended for entertainment purposes. While we strive to create age-appropriate content, parents should review stories before reading them to children. LullabySMS is not responsible for the content of AI-generated stories.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of your subscription information, including your phone number and child's details.

6. Limitation of Liability

LullabySMS is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery of every story. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
