• Generate and deliver personalized bedtime stories via SMS
• Manage your subscription and billing
• Send account-related notifications (verification codes, billing updates)
• Improve our story generation quality

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store credit card information on our servers.

4. Children's Privacy

LullabySMS is designed for use by parents. We collect children's first names and ages solely for story personalization. We do not collect any other information about children and do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except as required by law.
