How to Cancel

You can cancel your LullabySMS subscription at any time:

  1. Go to lullabysms.com/manage
  2. Sign in with your phone number
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" in the Danger Zone
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Alternatively, you can email helpdesk@lullabysms.com and we'll cancel it for you.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Stories continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
  • You can resubscribe anytime — your preferences are saved during the retention period

Free Trial

During the 7-day free trial, you can cancel at any time with no charge. Simply follow the cancellation steps above.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
